- love for mankind, usually as shown by money given to, or work done for, other people. 

- the effort or inclination to increase the well-being of humankind, as by charitable aid or donations.

Philanthropist = humanitarian, patron, benefactor, giver, donor, contributor, altruist, almsgiver. 

Besides choosing to be healthy, we  also need to SHARE OUR ABUNDANCE. I’m NOT necessarily talking about  money when I say abundance. Abundance includes:

LOVE

JOY

KINDNESS

GRATITUDE

EMPATHY

HOPE

MINDFULLNES

YOUR PRESENCE….

When  your show up at charity events and/or volunteer your time, you chose to  share your abundance and HELP others. In order to help others, YOU need  to be healthy.
